Two things are absolute: the kind of home you picked and the areas you chose. A home outside either of those is never shown to you. Everything else shapes the ranking rather than the gate. Your budget, bedrooms and bathrooms are read as strong preferences, so a home a little outside one of them can still reach you when it fits the rest of what you said, and square footage is used for ranking only. On top of that we read the styles you like and would rather avoid, the things you said you must have, how close a home is to the places you named, and the details you wrote in your own words. Every match reflects the home and its location only. Nothing about you personally is ever used to decide what you see.
